Ripplevale School provides a caring, learning environment where our students make meaningful progress, relative to their individual starting points. Our aim is to encourage them to develop appropriate personal, social and employable skills enabling them to become confident, independent and aspiring young people.
At Ripplevale, we are driven by our shared purpose to do all that we can to improve educational outcomes and life chances for all our children and young people. We believe that the best way to do this is through the partnership, collaboration and a commitment to work together to achieve common goals and excellence in all we do.
Staff work collaboratively on our school priorities and shared vision. The outcomes of which form part our school improvement plan. Staff across the school link their performance management targets to these outcomes which encompass a whole school approach to what we are trying to achieve.

Ripplevale Rochester School Priorities 2023 - 2024
It is hard to explain quite how much Ripplevale means to us as parents, and the relief we feel in (our son) attending such a nurturing environment... in such a short amount of time it has provided (our son) with complete understanding of his daily challenges. Every member of staff we have met at Ripplevale has not only been experienced working with boys with ASD but also listens, smiles, shows patience and compassion
