VOUCHER COLLECTION

The classrooms at Ripplevale School are arranged in two blocks in the grounds, separate from the main house. We have a sports hall and well-equipped dedicated teaching rooms for science, craft and design technology, food technology, ICT suite, art and music. Four classrooms have interactive whiteboards installed and all classrooms have computers with internet access. Our recreational facilities include a large playground, fourteen acres of playing fields, incorporating a full size football pitch, cricket square and five a side pitch.

The school grounds are inhabited by a wide variety of wildlife. Pupils are actively encouraged to take an interest in our environment. One area of the school field is dedicated to natural habitat and is left undisturbed. At present a number of our younger pupils are developing small garden areas in which they are growing flowers and some vegetables. Their intention is to supply the school kitchen with some fresh produce.

Well done and thank you to all parents/carers/friends/staff & students who helped us collect Sainsbury’s and Tesco vouchers; we are still counting this years collection and will keep you updated. We have recently just received equipment from the last collection which included; tennis nets, tennis racquets and balls as well as basket ball hoops. Great fun for the boys at break times and during games.
