Sleeping accommodation is provided in the large Georgian mansion house which provides predominantly single rooms for the senior pupils but with double or triple rooms available to younger pupils. The bedrooms are split on two floors with younger boys on the first floor. All bedrooms have washing facilities whilst each floor has its’ own toilet and bathing facilities. We encourage all pupils to bring in their own possessions and photographs to personalise their bedroom areas and create a sense of belonging.
All pupils have a locking drawer or cupboard in their rooms and have their own keys. In addition senior boys bedrooms have electronic locks fitted and senior boys are given pass keys for their own bedrooms. Residential staff take on the role of key workers and are an important link with families. Night waking staff are employed throughout the school to oversee the pupils with the support of care staff who sleep in.
Join us on Wed 23rd July from 11am for a BBQ lunch and an opportunity to see the students work and chat to teachers and care staff
